I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, ~1000 sq ft condo in Central Lonsdale, North Vancouver.

There’s also plenty of storage available in the building for extra boxes, bikes, or outdoor gear.

Parking • No dedicated parking stall, but they do come available occasionally for ~$120/month • Street parking nearby; resident parking pass available for ~$100/year

Pets • Pet-friendly, but pets must be well-behaved • No excessive barking, damage to furniture, or eating houseplants • Must get along with my dog
