Our 4-bedroom, 3-floor apartment is less than an 5min walk from all downtown Brantford essentials, including the bus terminal, WLU and Conestoga campuses, and hidden gem restaurants. We are also close to convenient establishments like Brant Food Centre and Shoppers Drug Mart, plus a nice nearby park. 2 bedrooms will be available in the spring, with 2 still occupied – the fourth bedroom is being used as a multipurpose space for the time being and would stay that way if you’re not applying as a duo. The unit is one of three on the property (which is a recognized Brantford Heritage Site) and our neighbours are considerate students in various local post-secondary programs.

About the roomies
There are currently three tenants but one of us is moving out so we are looking for someone who would be willing to join the remaining two when we renew the upcoming lease.
We’re both female, in our early 20s, and studying at Laurier for our Social Work undergrad. Ideally, you would share some similar characteristics to encourage compatible lifestyles, though the details don’t have to match up exactly. We like to hang out in common areas together and occasionally have people over – a lowkey, social, and friendly personality is preferred.
