Lovely Things About My House:

 Neighbourhood: I live in a truly beautiful neighbourhood that is very safe and has excellent paths for walking and enjoying nature. There are multiple parks and river walks close by.  Transportation: there is a bus stop that connects to the St. Albert transport systems & the greater Edmonton area routes right behind my house.  Yard: I have a lovely back yard for relaxing & playing with mature trees and a few small gardening areas.  Garage: there is room in my garage for an extra car and available street parking as well  Music: you are welcome to enjoy my pianos outside of studio hours & when I’m not working in the studio. You might even get a free lesson or two!  Cozy Rooms: your room(s) are very cozy & warm during the coldest parts of winter. I have heaters you can use if you prefer as well.  Privacy: you have your own private room(s) & bathroom. Shared areas of the house include the kitchen, living room and laundry areas.

• Second bedroom is available for $700 monthly *Garage space available for $100 monthly. Street parking is available.

There is a dog on the property and sometimes a foster dog as we do help out our furry friends. This is a dog-friendly house!
