Hello! Looking for a roommate in the Westwood Plateau area!

Room available immediately!

The basement suite is situated in a safe, quiet area up Westwood Plateau. It has its own separate entrance.

There is plenty of street parking!! The closest bus stop is also a 5-8 minute walk, and has 2 buses that go to coquitlam centre station, one of which also stop by Douglas College, and Lafarge lake park.

The room is average sized, but has a big closet for storage, as well as your own private bathroom.

Utilities are included in the rent!

You would be sharing the kitchen, and living room with two girls, we are both in our early 20’s, and are quite chill about most things, just clean up after yourself and don’t leave a mess.
