Shared Spaces:
The living room is mostly unused by me and is very flexible- You’re welcome to set it up as a living room, office, or hybrid space. I do have a TV and at least a couch, but final furniture details will be clearer closer to move in. There’s also a patio, currently unused.
(I do have cats—there’s a water bowl in the living area.)

Rent & Lease Details:
I set rent as $950/month, all inclusive (electricity, water, heating, internet, and renters insurance) Rent usually falls closer to $920–$940, but can vary slightly with electricity usage Heat and water are included by the building and does not affect the fluctuating cost of rent You would be required to co-sign the lease and be added to the renters insurance, as required by building management.
Cannabis & Smoking:
The building permits smoking and cannabis use outdoors only, such as in the courtyard, or outside the building, and not on balconies, per management rules. I’m relaxed about it as long as it’s handled discreetly, follows building policies, and is respectful of shared spaces, neighbors, and pets.

You’d be sharing the apartment with me a 31 year old female a full time university student, and my three well loved cats.
I’m fairly tidy, and like shared spaces to stay comfortable and lived in. I know life, and for me exams, get busy, but I try to keep things from piling up. I’m always open to chatting things through if anything comes up.
At home, I’m pretty low key, and usually keep to my room studying, reading, or hanging out with friends online. When I’m out, it’s typically for school, or the gym. I enjoy cooking and baking, and am happy to share food now and then, especially if you’re open to occasionally pitching in for ingredients.
Overall, I’m chill, open minded, and respectful. Guests are fine, I just don’t host often, and I’m comfortable with different schedules, and try to be mindful of shared noise.
I’m looking for someone responsible, reliable, and cat friendly who wants a relaxed, respectful shared home. Nerds and gamers welcomed. Wouldn’t mind having a gym buddy also.
