Welcome to this bright and spacious third-floor apartment located in a fantastic neighbourhood just minutes from Marda Loop. The unit features two bedrooms and one bathroom, with lots of natural light throughout and a comfortable, open feel.
Street parking is plentiful and easy, and shared laundry is available in the building.
This place is perfect if you’re looking for a short-term rental (5 months), but there’s also flexibility to take over the lease between February and July or at the end of my lease on July 1st if it’s a great fit. Whether you’re settling in short-term or looking for something longer, this is a welcoming, convenient place to call home.
About the roomies
I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who enjoys keeping the space tidy and relaxed for everyone. I’m easy-going and open to the idea of not just sharing a home, but possibly becoming friends as well. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, and cooking.
I work Monday to Friday during the day as a youth caseworker. My plan is to move in with my boyfriend toward the end of June, or sooner if you’re interested in taking over the lease. If you’d like to know more or have any questions, please feel free to message me—I’m happy to chat.
