About the room

The condo has its own entry. 1060 sq. ft. Close to transit, amenities, recreation centre, & hiking trail. A parking spot is possible. Peaceful vibe. The room is fully furnished, south facing with full windows. Wi-fi, heat, water, in-suite laundry are included. Electricity is included for someone working full-time, not from home, or with electric transportation. There is a small gym on tge complex and in summer, a small outdoor pool. We have a small north-facing deck.

About the roomies

I’m retired, but cycle, hike, & volunteer at theatres. I may take a job or leave on extended travel. The other flatmate works full-time and studies English. He is quiet, clean, and kind. We don’t smoke, ‘drink,’ or do drugs.
