This apartment is fully furnished and comes with WiFi. Hydro is also included with the rent . Also it is pests and rodent free. The property is in a great location, with east access to major highways and public transit. It is about 2 minutes away from the bus stop, 7 minutes away from York University, 5 minutes away from Pioneer Village bus station, 5 minutes away from the malls, has a plaza downstairs (grocery/pharmacy), and a park close by. No Smoking, No Parties, No Pets, as the apartment is shared. Also no Beef or Pork in the apartment. (This is non- negotiable).
