My roommates room in this sweet little cat friendly (sorry, no doggos 🥲) apartment will be available for February 1st!
The building is located on Shelbourne and Cedar Hill Cross Roads. It is a fantastic location, walking distance to a great handful of shops and restaurants and an easy bus ride to UVic and Camosun Lansdowne campuses.
Your room is 12x8ft and attached to the deck. The room gets tons of light and has been great for container gardening! It will be unfurnished, while the living space will be mostly furnished. One bathroom.
Rent is approximately $815 monthly. Assigned parking for $30 monthly. Laundry is coin operated. The building is a 2-story walkup, the unit is on the second floor, no elevator. This is NOT a wheelchair accessible unit. Hot water included, hydro (~$30-50 bimonthly) and internet ($70 monthly) is split 50/50 between roommates. Tenant’s insurance required.
