A large room less than a five minute walk from dalhousie campus is available for a female upper year undergraduate, graduate student, or young professional.

It is located very close to major bus routes, atlantic superstore and is steps away from two convince stores. It in the jubilee neighbourhood and is a very short walk from Quinpoole, Coburg, and Oxford.

Includes: a very large kitchen (with dishwasher, fridges mini fridges, and ample storage), separate and highly spacious living room (bay windows, comfy antique couches, large dining table), recently renovated bathroom, a large green space backyard and patio, front and back door mudrooms

Inquiries for parking are available for an additional monthly fee.

all common areas are fully furnished, decorated with a cozy feel, and are great study/chill spaces. Your room will be unfurnished, but I am open to including some of my furniture if needed.

The 1.5 floor apartment is shared with three other female students (once incoming masters student and two upper year undergraduates). All are serious students who are also social, very neat, but understanding of busy/stressful times such as finals seasons where grace might be needed on household chores.
