2 bedroom apt near Clareview lrt station. Very clean apt. The room is extremely spacious with a huge closet and it’s furnished as well. You get your own bathroom too. What I am looking for; -Females only. -A clean person and I mean clean. I don’t do mess and dirt. I keep the space clean as it’s a shared space. -A quiet person-I work from home full-time. Please do not have 1000 friends over. We must maintain decorum and privacy of our space. -No lease-it’s month to month. I am thinking at least 6 months with possibility of extension. Overall, I am an easy going person who minds my business. I just want a good person with whom we can live in peace. If the ad is up, it means the place is available. Move in for Feb 1st.
