The space: • Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished, I have a king size bed inside plus few other things. They can remain if needed for extra monthly rent or removed if you have your own stuff) • Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living areas • Laundry in home • Close to transit, shops, and parks

I do smoke, outside of course and do not mind 420. I smoke 420 very occasionally myself.

I’m a working professional and a dad who shares custody of my young daughter, so I’m looking for a roommate who values a calm, respectful, and tidy living environment. Because my daughter is here part-time, this home works best for someone who is responsible, clean, and comfortable in a family-oriented space. I tend to find that a female roommate often fits this dynamic well, but I’m open to anyone who feels this setup would be a good match. I have two orange cats. A male and a female. They are indoor cats but will try to be sneaky to get outside. The female is young and not fixed yet. But plan to soon.

I work an evening shift 2:30-10:30pm. So for the majority of the day I am not home. I have my daughter Friday morning- Monday at noon currently.
