Hi All,
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious, furnished 2bed/1bath 860 sqft apartment.
It’s a 5-minute walk from Wellesley Station on Line 1 in downtown Toronto. The neighbourhood has many stores for groceries and everyday essentials within a short walk, and a very good (and growing) selection of restaurants.
The apartment is also walking distance to both TMU and U of T, and a 20-minute walk to the financial district.
The room is $800 + utilities and is furnished.
