About the room
Available March 1 - Unfurnished room + studio in a rent-controlled two-bedroom apartment (duplex) in Chinatown.
The apartment has: laundry, central AC, dishwasher, shared backyard, heat, water, and hydro included, and a small parking space, if needed (extra $50 a month).
The apartment is right off Somerset and close to lots of great restaurants and small grocery stores. It’s walkable to downtown, Little Italy, Hintonburg, and the Glebe. It’s also a 10-minute walk to both the Pimisi and Corso Italia train stations.
About the roomies
I’m a 29-year-old queer woman with a very friendly pet cat named Percy. I work mostly in the office, am friendly, tidy and easy-going.
No dogs (my cat is scared of them), no couples and no kids please. Looking for a woman roommate (trans inclusive).
