The room is 1 of 3 bedrooms in the unit. The building is a 5 minute walk from the University of Toronto Campus, and the St. George TTC subway station. There is an in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Room is spacious with lots of sunlight, it also has a closet with sliding mirror doors.
About the roomies
Both remaining tenants are University of Toronto students, one in post-grad, and one in undergrad. We do our best to keep the unit clean and tidy. We have no pets (not a dealbraker) and their is no smoking in the building.
