Hello! I have a four-bedroom house and looking to have two roommates to share the house with me. There is also a basement available. I’m looking to rent it out from January till April of this year with the possibility to extend. Bills are all inclusive. However you will have to pitch in for the internet if you need access to it. It is a very safe neighborhood. And a student-friendly family-oriented very quiet. Great neighbors on both sides. I am barely in the house to be honest. Shared laundry and outside spaces.
About the roomies
Theres currently one gentleman who also works for the most pride and is barely home. We are maybe home over the weekend for the most part.
