Private bedroom with adjacent rec room/living room basement of my home for rent shared kitchen and bathroom on main level huge garage, huge deck with a huge yard. No smoking inside, but if you’d like to smoke, whatever it is you smoke you can do so outside or in the garage. Garage makes a good place for hang out with you and your friends as I’d prefer that’s not in the home. I’m very quiet person. I am home all day. I have two cats no additional animals and please be OK with two cats who like to roam around the house. 1600 a month all included 800 damage deposit as well as a deposit for your portion of oil for heating the home for the winter. The oil is only used to heat the home. This would be approximately $400.00 I’d prefer it’s paid alongside the damage deposit, but we can negotiate if needed.
