We are two full time working gals looking for another girl who’s post grad or working. We are walking distance to gage park, no frills, Willard’s ice cream, shoppers, Rooney’s cafe and close to major bus routes (ex: 1, 5, and 10). Walking distance to Hamilton field (Go cats!). Great safe and residential neighbourhood with lots of fun things to do around. Quick access to red hill and 403!:)

Includes: 1 shared full bath and a living room with Apple TV. Additional closet space available.

Utilities and wifi are not included in the rent (~$75).

1 shared parking spot available and lots of FREE street parking too.
