I own this home in Corso Italia, and my two kids and their friends live in the house (all are university students, one female, 4 male). We have one room left to rent in the house. Your space (kitchen, living room, bathroom, deck, backyard) would be shared with three other guys. (The other two students share the basement space.) The bedroom is bright with a big window and hardwood floors. It also has a closet. It can be furnished or unfurnished. There is garage parking available for $100/month. There are two fun and friendly cats in the house. The neighbourhood has many nearby Italian and Portuguese bakeries with takeout home-cooked meals available, as well as small grocers/restaurants. It is a 35-minute commute to UofT and 40 to TMU. There are Freshco and No Frills grocers along the Dufferin bus line, about ten minutes by transit.

The guys you share the spaces with share an interest in video games, hockey and soccer. Two play soccer together recreationally. They’ve lived together for 2+ years. They attend George Brown College and TMU.
