Entire basement to yourself. Furnished air conditioned basement with couches, 50inch smart tv, queen sized bed, bedside table, desk, chair. There is a bedroom, living room and office plus a private bathroom. Shared kitchen and backyard but I live in Vancouver half the time and rarely cook when I’m in Edmonton so the kitchen isn’t being used a lot. It is also a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and the gas station is even closer. Easy access to the henday if you drive, 2 minutes and you’re on the henday. I own a landscaping/snow removal company. I don’t party or drink alcohol. If I’m not working I’m at the gym or with family. Pretty laid back.
