PRIVATE ROOM IN A 4-BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE (705$) WILL NOT RESPOND TO “IS THIS AVAILABLE” We have an UNFURNISHED room for rent in Burnaby starting from 31st of January. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible. The neighbourhood is very safe and family-oriented. Lots of scenery areas around for walking. We’re a 12-15 minute walk from two skytrain stations: Lougheed and Production Way-University stations. We’re also close to SFU, Lougheed Mall, and lots of great grocery stores and restaurants, making this place great for a student or working professional. Roomates are in their mid-twenties to early thirties range, all very chill and welcoming.

THE ROOM: The single-bed room is located on the second floor of the house.

Some things to note: Non-cigarette smoker (or outside only) Utilities (Fortis and Hydro) and WiFi are NOT included in the price of the rent. Pets might be negotiable, depending on the types of pet. (500$ pet deposit) A single parking space is available, and there is lots of extra parking around the neighbourhood. Washer and dryer included in the basement.
