Downstairs Private Room: Measures approximately 127“ x 107“, featuring a large window with great natural light. Entire Upstairs Floor: Main room measures approximately 129“ x 175“ Includes a private half bathroom, closet, and personal AC unit. (The upstairs tends to be warmer than the rest of the house, but the dedicated AC unit helps keep it comfortable.)

I am a 29-year-old male, friendly, easygoing, and respectful of others’ space. I work full-time in town as a General Machinist. I enjoy hockey, video games, and cooking. I have a gecko and a small fish tank, and I’m comfortable living with other animals.
