Lots of room to have your own space or to socialize. 6 houses from major transit and beside a fitness gym and grocery/restaurants etc. 20 minute bus to downtown or 25 min bike ride. Located west of airport but have been appreciated by airline staff for ease of access to airport.

I live at the house solo. 39, athletic and social but also happy to do my own thing. Enjoy having friends over occasionally for dinner or board games. Renters have always been welcome to join. Looking for 1 renter but open to 2 if right fit.
