Asking $900 for a comfortable furnished bedroom that comes with a queen size bed two nightstands and a dresser. You’ll also have access to a bathroom through your room. It’s called a Jack and Jill. Each bedroom has its own entrance as well as each bedroom has access to the bathroom. $900 covers full utilities as well as high-speed Internet, and cable. You also have access to the entire house as well as a shared kitchen. We are looking for a clean tenant or anyone that’s looking for peace and quiet out of their busy lives. You stay one year or two years it doesn’t matter rent will remain the same.
About the roomies
My name is Rafi Metti and I am the owner of the house. I also live in the home, but I live in the basement. I work full-time as well as other people that live here. This is a quiet home with hardly any drinking plus any smoking. Come check out the house to understand the layout.
