You’ll share the main bathroom with the tenant

Quiet, clean building (no parties)

The room does have a queen size bed, desk, lamp and a dresser if needed.

Great common space for movies, shows, video games, and the occasional hangout.

We’re both creative, laid-back, and very clean. One of us recently finished a short film that’s been in festivals, and the other completed their first documentary (and working on their 2nd now). We love movies, music, games (video & board), and nerdy fun.

We’d love to live with someone who is:

Late 20s / early 30s or older

Enjoys hanging out sometimes, but also respects quiet time

Has an artistic or creative side (bonus points if you make art yourself!)

Extremely clean and respectful of shared spaces

Non-smoker / non-vaper (strictly no exceptions due to health and building code)

No-pets household (allergies)
