im not sure i really want a roommate, but i may need one if i lose my side job.

it would be the spare bedroom in my apartment.

only looking for females, and unvaccinated only. no pets.

shared shower, tub is a nightmare but building is supposed to refinish it for me one day, just haven’t bothered to get that sorted yet.

students, or single lonely quite types preferred.

room has a dresser and closet,and window…can include an AC for the summer, and dont care if u put a lock on the door.

looking for someone that isnt gonna want friends over all the time, as unless invited in i dont plan on sharing the living room area.

its just like if u rented a room in a house full of many other people, but in this case its just 1 other person.

i have male friends i considered renting to, but they are all slobs, and that wont work out for me, so im open to trying this out and taking applications.

maybe a brief bit about yourself and why you need a room and maybe list interests and hobbies and a photo.

not sure about sharing the wifi, as it isnt the best as it stands and you will probably slow it down to a crawl while im trying to stream something, and i dont have cable… so pretty much any service hookups you want, you gotta get yourself.

parking costs extra here, i think its like $80 now, i dont know as i dont drive.

probably wouldnt be renting til april as the room is full of stuff ive been storing for friends and its about time they got it out of there, but its gonna take time.

i dont have friends over ever, most my friends live in alberta now anyway.

im single, clean,a bit ocd…and work part time, no drugs,pets,or criminal record.
