Basement in a house, with a parking spot and private entrance + backyard. In suite laundry. Wifi + utilities are included! Bedroom has built in shelving on the one wall, no closet but there is a closet and lots of storage space in the room next to it (laundry room). The room is completely separate from the rest of the apartment, giving you extra privacy! Bedroom door has a padlock with option to use a code or key to enter :) You can update the code personally upon move in.

Apartment is shared with one occupant (myself) I’m a 24 year old female. Not a student but I work from home. I have a 5 year old dog, who is very friendly and loves people, dogs and cats. I like to cook, paint and produce music in my spare time.
