We have a room for rent in a large 5 1/2 on the top floor of a triplex. Everything is included: heating, internet, washer and dryer, good quality kitchen equipment, bedding, etc. Shared bathroom and large living room equipped with a TV and an extra desk (there is a small desk in the bedroom).

There are many services nearby: restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. on Verdun’s Wellington Street. Also located close to the river and beach.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance from De L’église metro.

Your roommates would be two professionals who are also PhD students in their mid-thirties, both calm but very sociable.
