Main floor bedroom with two big windows providing lots of sunlight. Room has a closet as well! Large character home with a full bathroom as well as a half bathroom. House mates share these bathrooms as well as the kitchen, dining room and living rooms. The home is close to the south campus train station as well as the bus routes 9, 4, and 723, making it great for students as there’s easy access to the university! The neighbourhood is really quiet and safe. We also have a great and helpful landlord! Musicians are encouraged as well as we will have a shared rehearsal space. No parties on the property or smoking in the home! And no pets at this time.

Me - 23F who graduated university for music in 2024. I am a full time live sound tech and I work at a vintage store so I work random hours! I play in 3 different bands, and can often be heard singing songs in my room. I have a long term boyfriend who would be coming over as well! Other roomie - 20F currently a full time student at UofA for biology. She also plays music and her band often rehearses at the house! We are pretty lowkey people but we love to chill and have friends over or hang out with each other in the house, yet we value our alone time also! We are clean and respectful to each other and the home.
