The room comes with your own kitchen. Light pouring in from the skylight. With a cast iron antique heater. Note the original wooden flooring.
The room comes unfurnished but willing to sell furniture including everything you see (pretty much) as a bulk purchase. This includes bed frame, lasko heater (it can get cold due to old architecture), writing desk and white chair, kettle, floor lamp. Other nick-nacks can be bulked in to!
The room comes with fridge (no freezer) and your own Wifi modem. Laundry is inside the building. No parking available.
The lease would be 1yr, after then it’s month-to-month.
The room is extremely close to downtown, amenities and Warerfront/Chinatown Skytrain, plus buses. BC Place and Rogers arena are around the corner. Ideal if you’re a VFS,BCIT,SFU student as they’re literally on your doorstep. Just a short bus ride over the bridge to Capilano University.
The Steam Clock is just around the corner with boutique coffee shops and restaurants. Not to mention Cambie Bar and Hostel for well earned drink after uni!
I’m currently leaving for the UK so would love to find someone who’s looking for a chill but trendy part of town.
there are no roommates, but they are mostly students from VFS and BCIT. You get a good mixture of people
