The apartment is located in DOWNTOWN, just 5 minutes away walking from City Hall - Bow Valley College Station. In front the Bow river and Confluence Park. And the supermarket is 2 blocks away. Downtown is 10 minutes away driving and 15 min by bus. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, laundry in suite, kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher available. TV in living room, and dining area. The bedroom includes queen bed, nightstand, closet, under the bed you can store your stuff. It includes sheets, mattress pads, pillows, bed cover, desk and chair. We are in charge of to buy supplies for house and also shampoo, conditioner and soap (regular) and dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaners, etc. Is very quiet as well because it has thermo glasses in windows. I don’t have more pictures of the apartment because we are moving from a house these days, I will have more pictures in few days. The building is brand new. We are a couple Sebastian and I (Santiago) from Chile, we are 35, we are working in a hotel and delivering, Also we study English in our free time. We have 2 small dogs very friendly, clean and quiet. We enjoy of the quiet. Sebastian likes watch shows and movies, and me, I play Nintendo, sometimes skating and workout in the gym. Sometimes we go out for drinks and dinner with friends in downtown. We look for a new friend, we hope you become one.
