Bedroom available in a 2 bedroom basement suite shared with my husband, myself, and our friendly cat. We are looking for a roommate, I am home most of the day and my husband works most days for most of the day.

This space is best suited for someone who is quiet and does no cooking other than air fryer or microwave. Must be comfortable with animals, we have one very affectionate cat.

Please note: there may be strong food smells at times, as we cook Indian food, which can be strong for some people.

And there also may be cigarette and cannabis smells in the home. My husband and I smoke cannabis, and the upstairs tenants smoke cigarettes inside. Cigarette smoking is not allowed in the basement suite, so no cigarette smokers, but cannabis smokers are okay.

Please also note that there is no closet in the room, so you will need your own dresser or other storage for clothing.

A microwave and air fryer are available for use. You’re welcome to use them, just please clean up any mess after.

Guests are allowed, but limited to one guest at a time, and we must be notified ahead of time when a guest will be coming over, we will do the same.

Signing a roommate agreement is required.
