The location feels close to the city center but without the noise, making it a great place to rest and focus on studies. The building offers great amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool, which tenants are welcome to use. Laundry facilities are located in the lower level of the building. Parking may be available for an additional $150 per month, which can be discussed if needed. Overall, it is a comfortable, well-located, and respectful environment, ideal for a responsible student.

This is a family home with a calm, respectful, and clean environment. We value good communication, mutual respect, and personal space, and we expect the same from the person renting the room. The tenant is expected to keep their room clean and organized at all times. Bathroom cleaning is shared, and we kindly ask that common areas be kept tidy. When using the kitchen, everything must be cleaned and organized immediately after use. A designated kitchen space will be provided for personal items. Basic kitchen items can be available, although the tenant is welcome to bring their own. We kindly ask the tenant to bring their own bedding and towels. For everyone’s comfort, no visitors or overnight guests are allowed, and gatherings or parties are not permitted. No smoking and no pets. These guidelines are in place to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and well-organized home.
