The house is super cute, close to downtown, bus routes, tons of storage, In suite laundry, parking spot for one, big yard to garden and frolick in.
About the roomies
Mike and I are in our mid to late 30s who value a clean and chill home. I work alot and am a very busy bee always buzzing around. I am friendly but mainly keep to myself. Mike is super friendly and usually spends his days gardening when the weather is nice. Mike’s son is here most weekends. He is quiet and stays in his room with his games.
Be a great place for a student as we rarely have people in the house. When weather is nice might have a couple friends out in yard but that’s about it. If your a socail butterfly who has friends over all the time this is not the house for you as the house is very small, we like to have space to relax after work. 420 friendly(outside). Not a party house! We both work early so house needs to be quiet after 10pm (We do have loud music playing sometimes but at night house is quiet)
