Additionally, it has a great location. It is super central and just minutes away from the new Eglinton line (scheduled to open this February). It is also close to Mount Dennis GO, which gets you to Union Station in less than 25 minutes. All the grocery stores and restaurants you may need are within walking distance including Freshco, Nofrills and restaurants.
You will be sharing the kitchen and washroom with only one other person (a female student in her early 20s). Because of this, I am looking for females only please.
