Looking for a female or a couple to take over my condo!

RENTAL TERMS: RTA protected lease signed with the landlord/owner. Lease term is MONTH TO MONTH :) There is also potential for us to do a sublet instead of a lease takeover if needed!

Rental period: This would be a 7 month rental period, and we would prefer someone who would stay for all 7 months! So from February 1st to August 2026

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Proof of income
• Credit check
• Bank statement
• Landlord references
• Last month’s rent deposit

Additional Information:

• The condo has in unit laundry and all other utilities are included
• unit comes fully furnished but can be removed if not needed.
• There is free access to a pool, a gym, dance classes, pickleball and so many other amenities
• 2 mins walk to Vaughan metropolitan center
