You’ll have your own private bedroom with a shared bathroom with another person. Heat and water are included in the rent. Your internet share will be around $32 and for the electricity around $19. It’s close to campus, no frills, and winners. The room is only available to students. No pet and no smoking is allowed in the entire apartment. The room is furnished until April and will become unfurnished afterwards unless you would like to buy them from the previous tenant. Also, the unit is complete (kitchenware, furnisher, etc.)

There are two male PhD students living in the unit. The unit is duplex and one student is living upstairs with their own private washroom. Both students are quiet, friendly and minding their own studies, so you’ll have your space of mind peacefully.
