About the room
Looking for a mature female either a grad student or working professional. Ideally with 1 other pet (either a dog or cat) as my dog would enjoy having a friend around. Unfurnished master bedroom available. Most of the rest of the house is furnished, but I’m happy to move stuff around if you have furniture. Small room available for either storage room or can be a cat room. Large fenced-in backyard shared with the basement neighbors (great for pups). House is 10min walk to the University of Calgary main campus. Neighborhood is nice and walking distance from grocery store, pharamacy, restaurants, etc. Contract states no loud parties or smoking allowed.
About the roomies
I am an easy-going girl in my early thirties. I’m doing my PhD at the University of Calgary. I have a 5 year old female border collie cross who loves both dogs and cats.
