• Looking for a roommate to sublet the largest bedroom in a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom house. - The house features a large yard, patio, kitchen w/ a gas stove and dishwasher, in-suite laundry, and cozy common space. You’ll be sharing the home with 2 roommates (early 30s guy and gal), and her extremely friendly 45lb pup, so dog lovers are a must!

• Private bedroom with a private balcony, queen bed, bedside table, dresser, desk, chandelier, in-room thermostat, and lots of natural light
• Large shared bathroom with jacuzzi tub and heated floor
• House includes a large yard and patio that is absolutely gorgeous in spring and summer
• Convenient location in Kits, close to McDonald and Broadway (5 min walk from Safeway, cafes, restaurants, etc., 20 min walk from Kits Beach)
• Around the corner from 99, 9, 2 and 14 bus routes

This room is available since I’ll be staying in this room until Feb 15th so I’m looking for someone to take over.

The other roommates are a 32 year old lawyer from California. She loves her dog, yoga, movies, outdoorsy stuff, and being sober. She’s social but likes her alone time, so has friends over a few times a month. The other roommie is a guy in his early 30s who is also a professional.
