Amazing location with close proximity to City Market & No Frills, Shoppers, parks, and tons of restaurants and cafes, etc. A quick 7-minute walk to Osgoode subway station and 3-minute walk to Spadina, King, and Queen streetcars.

Sydney (27 years old) – Works full-time (remote) at a mental health company. Enjoys reading, going to the gym, pilates and yoga classes, happy hours, walking around the city, and watching the sunsets! Courtney (30 years old) – Works a full-time corporate job (hybrid). Enjoys workout classes (anything from Barry’s to reformer Pilates), trying new hobbies, running, and post work drinks with friends. Also loved travelling and is always down for an adventure!

What we are looking for in a roommate: To set the roommate scene, when we wanna hang out, we make plans however we often find ourselves in the living room and chatting for 2 hours, which feels more like 10 minutes. We are lovers of early morning workouts, girls nights, and watching the sunsets from the balcony. In the spice girl world, Syd is sporty spice and Courtney is baby spice, and we wanna turn this duo into a trio! We’re looking for someone easy to chat with, who values cleanliness, communication, and a space that feels like home!
