The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street with free street parking, within a 5-minute walk of great cafés, bakeries, and shops on W 4th and Broadway (Oakberry, Just Another, Amberdo — plus Tim Hortons & Starbucks nearby).

You’re also only a 5 minute walk from “secret beach” (Linnea) and around a 10-minute cycle to Jericho and Kits Beach 🌊🚲 The street itself is full of charming heritage-style houses, with seasonal decorations that give it a really chilled out vibe.
