There are 7 rooms in the house. 3 down the basement and 4 in the first floor. The laundry, living room, kitchen, and bathroom is shared. There are 2 bathrooms. 1st floor where the room is located has its own bathroom. So you would be sharing it with 3 others. Heater, electricity, water, parking, and Wifi are all included with the rent. The whole house is relatively new or renovated. I will be transferring the lease from 1st of Feb. The lease ends on 1st September and you can renew it. Only males. The house is close to bus station (15 mins walking) and convenience stores like canadian tire (10 mins walking). University of Carleton is also in walking distance. If interested message me for an in person viewing.
