Bright, Cozy Condo – Room or Full Unit (6-Month+ Term)

Sunny, south-facing condo at Lawrence & Dufferin with great natural light and a cozy feel. I’m open to either renting the private bedroom while I stay in the living room (separated with a curtain divider) or renting the entire furnished condo while I temporarily move out; flexible depending on fit.

The Neighbourhood: Steps to shops, cafés, and lots of good thrift spots. No Frills (Eglinton W & Dufferin), Shoppers, Lawrence Allen Mall, Yorkdale close by. Easy TTC access to York University and straight down St. George to UofT.

The Options: 🛏️ Private bedroom – $1,200/month (shared kitchen & bathroom) + utilities. 🏠 Entire furnished condo – $2,500/month (utilities included) Parking available at no cost.

The Home Vibe: Clean, respectful, inclusive, and organized. Cozy energy (candles, ambient lighting, music), balanced with personal space. Social at times, quiet when needed.
