Hi! I’m looking to rent out my room since I am moving to New Zealand.

We’re looking for a mindful, clean, and respectful roommate to share a spacious and Zen 6 1/2 apartment. The room is available as of 1st February.

Description of the place:

• The room comes furnished with a table, chest of drawers, and a queen sized bed.
• It has a larger-than-usual closet space to store your clothes and belongings.
• The window from the room gives you a view of the spacious courtyard.

The location is convenient as it is:

• 10 mins bus ride from Vendome metro
• 12 mins bus ride from Concordia Loyola Campus
• 30 mins transit from downtown
• 10 mins walk to the YMCA
• 20+ options for restaurants, bars, and bakeries within 10 mins of walking distance
• 8 mins walking distance from the happening Monkland Village strip.
• A few mins walking distance from grocery stores like Marche Esposito, Marche Shahran, Korean & Japanese store, Dollarama, and other small shops.
• Finally, 4 parks within walking distance.

The rent is $665 and it includes:

• High-speed Internet, heating, electricity, and hot water
• House cleaner every 2 weeks
• Washer and dryer in the unit
• Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooking pots and utensils
• 2 balconies

Pet and accessibility limitations: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed by the landlord.
The apartment is not adapted or equipped for people living with disability, as there are stairs to get into the apartment and long narrow hallways.
