Apartment is approx. 300 sq ft total, so this works best for someone comfortable with a compact shared space.
Costs:

- Enmax split (around $30 each/month based on current usage)
- Internet split ($25.50 each/month)

- Generally quiet
- Wood structure, so you may hear neighbors entering/exiting
- No amenities beyond parking and storage

My schedule:
- Mon–Sat: in the morning
- Thu-Sat: morning and night

- I use the bathroom from 6:00AM–6:30AM on weekdays (or I’ll be late to work).
