House of 2 girls in our early 20s looking for a 3rd. available Feb 1!

Rent is $700 + utilities a month. First and last month’s rent required.

Looking for someone:

• Similar to us (working full time, mid twenties)
• Down to hang/be friends but still respect space
• Clean (!!!) and considerate
• Responsible

This is a queer-friendly, anti-genocide house.

The house is:

• 2 bed + den, 1 bathroom
• unfurnished
• located in the annex
• 10 min walk to DuPont station
• 12 min to Bathurst station

The room

• can fit a queen bed with lots of extra space
• unfurnished
• no closet so will need dresser or wardrobe
• no window but the door is glass panel which lets in lots of natural light from the living room
