Welcome to the future of renting! There are 2 rooms available for rent in a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.

First room, which is slightly larger, 800$ all included.

Second room, which is slightly smaller, 700$, all included.

The room can be furnished on request, closet space, large window to bring natural lighting, in-room heating and more.

The home features a very large backyard equipped with an outdoor BBQ that can be used year-round. In the summer, a pool is set up and available for use by all roommates, offering a great way to relax and stay cool.

There is a garage in which you may park your vehicle at extra cost.

You will share the common areas with one female student. We’re ideally looking for a full-time student or working professional, but all respectful applicants are welcome.

The home also includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, heating, and more.

The bathroom is shared among roommates, and you will have your own dedicated storage space for personal items.

A parking space is included. If you don’t have a vehicle, a bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.

Please note that there is no pets allowed.

First and last month’s rent are due upon signing. This is a one-year lease that transitions to month-to-month thereafter.

I am a 24 year old female attending university full time while working 2 part time jobs. I already graduated in Marketing but decided to further my studies. This is my home, and I am looking to find some roommates to fill out the 2 spare bedrooms. As I have a busy schedule, I am rarely home. A little about me is that I love to socialize, going out for food or drinks, to ski, figure skate, cook, read and more. As much as I am an outgoing person, I do love my alone time and will be found in my room relaxing on the chances I get.
