Older rancher style with upstairs suite, non-furnished living with one other person, living downstairs, quiet, working, professional rent is a little less expensive because it is a shared bathroom and it’s non-furnished but other than that, it’s a nice room in a warm house the person that rents that room gets the whole upstairs so it is private and also downstairs is friendly welcome atmosphere. I’m very open and friendly and sociable but also if you want privacy and want to be left alone, I’m respectful and understanding of that also…
