I am renting the top part of a 2 bedroom house. I’m looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom as my roommate will be moving out. The bedroom comes fully furnished (or furniture can be taken out if you have your own) it has a huge window that faces out to the backyard. The house itself is very clean and organized. There’s a big backyard with a gazebo and an apple tree. The area is a quiet neighbourhood with easy access 97th St. in the Yellowhead.

I am a 57-year-old semi retired woman. I am a homebody, and like living in a calm space. I am very clean, non-smoker, no children and no pets. I am responsible for lawn maintenance, as well as snow removal and would need help with both. If you have any questions feel free to contact me
