This is a walkout lower level and not an underground basement.

In a quiet area on a great street with easy walk or bicycle to the beach. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to “downtown Tsawwassen “ to get groceries or a 2 minute drive. Very quick and easy walk to the nearest bus stop. Lovely private hedged “secret garden” area that is shared with the other members of the house.

The room is unfurnished except it has a bed , a large window and is quite cozy.

There are 2 other roomies there, both male in their 30’s. One lives upstairs and the other lives in one of the bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs roomie is tenant on lease and is in charge of the house. Upstairs has their own bathroom and space etc. Downstairs tenant is away a lot so you may have the space to yourself a lot. Come take a look, Im sure you will love the space and the quiet.
